Yoga like a Tibetan Monk

The Five Tibetan Rites are five simple kriyas (cleansing movements through two or more poses) that can be completed daily and will help you live a long, healthy, vigorous life.

They’re most well known for bringing extraordinary physical transformation in the body. From bringing colour back to grey hair to healing and preventing the minor back issues that 80% of us will experience at some point in life.

The powerful yoga sequence is not only known for being a pathway to ‘The Fountain of Youth‘ but also the “Eye of Revelation‘. Bringing awareness to the mind as much as restoring the body.

Mats provided, wear layers you can remove as you will warm up during this practice.
