If you'd like a more flexible, strong, capable body and a clear, positive heart and mind then yoga is for you.

Come join others for a FREE yoga morning. All are welcome, whether you're a total beginner or have been at it a while. You'll be able to try different types of yoga, ask questions, plus meet lovely teachers and awesome people.

10.00 Welcome & introductions

10.10 Talk - What is yoga and how does it change your life?

10.20 Energise Yoga
Get fit, flexible and feel great. This yoga class moves with pace to build heat in the body and raise the heart rate. It's also known as Dynamic or Yang yoga.

11.00 DeRose Method
Combines techniques and concepts to develop better overall human performance and quality of life. It goes far beyond the initial benefits of health, strength, flexibility, balance and body-awareness towards the greater goals of expanded consciousness and self-knowledge.

11.40 Talk - Energy in Yoga
All forms of yoga start from two fundamental ideas: the being and resonance. Learn about the secret of mental focus in yoga, and the chakras.

12.20 Relax Yoga
Deeply relax, find calm, and restore for a brighter you. This yoga class is a slower pace to release tension and reduce stress. It's also known as yin yoga or meditative yoga.

12.50 Meditation

Wear warm and comfortable clothes. A number of yoga mats are available for free use, and if you have your own please bring it along. You may also wish to bring a blanket for the closing meditation and water bottle for the day.
