Perhaps the idea of yoga is completely new to you and you just want to try it for the first time or you may already have a regular established practice. No matter what your circumstances, everyone is welcome to join this free community class.
The classes will combine Hatha and Vinyasa Flow styles of practice and are suitable for all levels, with appropriate variations offered. During this 60 minute class you are invited to breathe deeply, stretch and challenge your body, whilst destressing your mind.
