Ideal for beginners and intermediates, this 60-minute class will build heat in the body and raise the heart rate. Also known as Dynamic Yoga or Yang Yoga, this class supports:

*** Free equipment available. Bring a mat if you have one. Wear layers of stretchy clothing, and bring a jumper or blanket for the warm down, and you may wish to bring a water bottle.
