Perhaps the idea of yoga is completely new to you and you just want to try it for the first time or you may already have a regular established practice. No matter what your circumstances, everyone is welcome to join this free community class.

The classes will combine Hatha and Vinyasa Flow styles of practice and are suitable for all levels, with appropriate variations offered. During this 60 minute class you are invited to breathe deeply, stretch and challenge your body, whilst destressing your mind.

Born in the Republic of South Africa in 1960. Joel Zig Faria lived several years in Mozambique and Angola. Most of the time in the jungle sharing moments with local people, their traditional way of life and culture.

African drums are the roots of his musical skills and spirituality. Joel Zig Faria is a therapist with singing bowls, gongs and cosmic concerts with a strong career as a musician/composer/author that plays drums and percussion as well as several other instruments. This 1.5- 2 hour workshop (first of a series of workshops) will be about experiencing some exercises around this topic, exploring our own individual path with it, while opening the heart.

Facilitated by Sabina Rademacher who applies a practice of deep listening and sharing from the heart, which is distilled from the thousand-year-old practice of humans gathering around the fire and sharing their stories with one another. Council utilizes a centre, a circle, which creates a feel belonging and safety within.

Women have gathered each other in tents for a long time, especially those who were menstruating, as connecting to other women during their cycles has been considered a powerful healing process. These red tents provided a lot of support to women. In those tents, women made use of the healing arts such as dancing, crafting, storytelling, painting, and spiritual practices. The purpose of these tents was to create a community among women who wanted to know more about themselves and gain the wisdom of elder women and others in their circle. We plan to embrace this sacred practice of gathering monthly on the full moon at Amour Soul Space. It's FREE to attend just please bring a dish or snack to share with the group.

Soul Sharing Circle March: Sacred Sexuality

With deeper awareness also comes a different perception of sexuality. Sexuality is not just an encounter between two people, it is a deep exchange of energetics. Many ancient traditions perceived it as a sacred tool and a way to connect with the divine.

On your awakening journey you will encounter sexual experiences that might be nothing like the ones you used to have. Such examples are: that you might feel another person’s arousal even when they are not physically present or their arousal within your body, you might have merging experiences with a twin flame or sacred partner in the astral realms, you might experience different orgasmic experiences over the heart or crown or the whole body, you might be able to see or perceive the energetics of you partner and the sexual exchange like seeing energy move in or out of you, you might go through phases in which you don’t feel like being sexual at all or other phases in which sexuality becomes an important part of your spiritual and healing journey.

You might meet people where sexuality has karmic ties, becomes part of a code exchange, or becomes instrumental to one’s awakening. With divine counterparts you might completely change your ways of sexual relating.

One of the most important experiences in many conscious relationships is that intimacy replaces any form of performance that many felt obliged to show in prior relationships. Intimacy requires honesty and openness, sometimes provoking you to suddenly become aware of your own vulnerabilities, or how much you have kept others at a distance, or shutting down to protect yourself.

In our March circle we would love to hear about your sharings, experiences of sexuality, and the feelings that come with it. How has sexuality (and treating it as sacred) contributed to your own growth? How do you choose your sexual partners? Is it different than it used to be? Any energetic exchanges that feel completely new to you?

...••• Who are Soul Sharing Circles for? •••...

This is for you if you’ve been experiencing some of the following changes on a soul, physical and/or emotional level.

You feel that you suddenly want to change your life, the job that you have, your relationship, the place where you live. The way that you have lived your life so far suddenly seems empty and meaningless. You feel you have changed, but you can't really grasp in which way.

You feel a deep inner calling to be of service and a change-maker in this world.

Some people refer to this sudden wake up call as a spiritual awakening, others say it is the beginning of your ascension journey, a process of remembering who you truly are on a soul level and what you came here to do.

Our earth has been changing her frequency in the past years and as a result more and more people go through these kind of spiritual awakenings. Also, our earth is calling for those who are meant to bring change to this world.

That change of frequency in the earth is also the reason why you might be noticing energetic and spiritual changes, such as spiritual gifts opening up and/ or your empathy becoming so strong that you start feeling and transmuting other people's’ energy.

Large groups will therefore start to make you feel tired. Your senses might change and you become more perceptive, as examples you might suddenly see colours around people or see their energetic fields, you might hear different sounds, you might not tolerate strong chemical smells anymore and even your taste might change - you might start craving different foods and as a consequence your weight might fluctuate, too.

You will find that even if you have been outgoing you will suddenly need more time alone and in nature to feel balanced and good. You might also start to connect to nature or animals in a completely new way, you might appreciate small things much more.

On a deeper level, you feel that your soul is calling and guiding you home. You might feel as if you have conversations with your higher self.

At the same time, you might be able ‘to do’ and ‘produce’ much less in a day - because the work is happening inwardly. Physical activity that you used to do might become too much for your body.

Understanding and acceptance. Connection to others who are experiencing the same. You will realize you are not the only one experiencing this, you are neither crazy nor suddenly becoming lazy and your body is not broken or sick.

This 1.5- 2 hour workshop (first of a series of workshops) will be about experiencing some exercises around this topic, exploring our own individual path with it, while opening the heart.

Facilitated by Sabina Rademacher who applies a practice of deep listening and sharing from the heart, which is distilled from the thousand-year-old practice of humans gathering around the fire and sharing their stories with one another. The purpose of these tents was to create a community among women who wanted to know more about themselves and gain the wisdom of elder women and others in their circle. Creating a pleasant sensation of relaxation and well-being it helps in the meditation process, strengthens self-confidence, facilitates liberation and contributes to health promotion, harmonizing, regenerating and vitalizing. 

Born in the Republic of South Africa in 1960. Joel Zig Faria lived several years in Mozambique and Angola. Most of the time in the jungle sharing moments with local people, their traditional way of life and culture.

African drums are the roots of his musical skills and spirituality. Joel Zig Faria is a therapist with singing bowls, gongs and cosmic concerts with a strong career as a musician/composer/author that plays drums and percussion as well as several other instruments. Each week a 60-minute lesson is made up of activities and lectures that will guide you through:

The practice and knowledge given in the Focus class will allow you to gain a deeper understanding of yourself, strengthen your physical body, improve your willpower and self-confidence, create healthy new habits, and find emotional balance and inner harmony.

An introduction to different forms of Yoga, including Nidra Yoga, Karma Yoga, and Kundalini Yoga.

In the past, many of us were choosing partners and friends out of a lack we felt within ourselves. There was an unconscious need to project that missing part of ourselves onto another person, so that we could feel whole.

We expected the other to ‘save’ us, to give us what we were missing within ourselves. It is a huge burden to place on someone, one that can never truly be fulfilled. And when they don’t manage to do it, the relationship starts collapsing or even imploding.

New paradigm relationships - New Earth relationships - are different. How? Because they begin from an inner space of wholeness and taking responsibility for your own experience of life.

Relationships will most often trigger exactly what you are still lacking within and in that sense they can serve as incredible catalysts for healing.

The path of awakening is to become whole within ourselves, which means becoming aware and conscious of the programming we (still) carry. It also means unifying our own inner feminine and masculine essences - as both need to be balanced inside us before we can create that sacred union - new paradigm relationship - and partner outside.

As more and more people become whole inside and have unified feminine and masculine aspects as well as integrated multidimensional aspects, new forms of relationships emerge: Twin Flames, Twin Rays, Soulmates, Co-creating relationships and friendships.

These partnerships and friendships are all about creating something together for this Earth, they are about building and manifesting a New Earth together. Egoic interests subside, because the goal of these couples and friends is to create something together that assists the collective and the return of unity consciousness.

This is for you if you’ve been experiencing some of the following changes on a soul, physical and/or emotional level.

You feel that you suddenly want to change your life, the job that you have, your relationship, the place where you live. The way that you have lived your life so far suddenly seems empty and meaningless. You feel you have changed, but you can't really grasp in which way.

Large groups will therefore start to make you feel tired. Your senses might change and you become more perceptive, as examples you might suddenly see colours around people or see their energetic fields, you might hear different sounds, you might not tolerate strong chemical smells anymore and even your taste might change - you might start craving different foods and as a consequence your weight might fluctuate, too.

You will find that even if you have been outgoing you will suddenly need more time alone and in nature to feel balanced and good. You might also start to connect to nature or animals in a completely new way, you might appreciate small things much more.

On a deeper level, you feel that your soul is calling and guiding you home. You might feel as if you have conversations with your higher self.

At the same time, you might be able ‘to do’ and ‘produce’ much less in a day - because the work is happening inwardly. Physical activity that you used to do might become too much for your body.

Understanding and acceptance. Connection to others who are experiencing the same. You will realize you are not the only one experiencing this, you are neither crazy nor suddenly becoming lazy and your body is not broken or sick.

You are instead going through a powerful inner transformation - a shift to the next level of frequency. This is happening, because you are ready to completely upgrade your life - and for that a complete collapse of the old, of what you know as normal, is necessary. So that the new can emerge.

Women have gathered each other in tents for a long time, especially those who were menstruating, as connecting to other women during their cycles has been considered a powerful healing process. These red tents provided a lot of support to women. In those tents, women made use of the healing arts such as dancing, crafting, storytelling, painting, and spiritual practices. The purpose of these tents was to create a community among women who wanted to know more about themselves and gain the wisdom of elder women and others in their circle. We plan to embrace this sacred practice of gathering monthly on the full moon at Amour Soul Space. It's FREE to attend just please bring a dish or snack to share with the group.

The cosmic concert is processed through the sound and the vibrations of the singing bowls, gongs, bamboo flute and percussion. Born in the Republic of South Africa in 1960. Joel Zig Faria lived several years in Mozambique and Angola. Most of the time in the jungle sharing moments with local people, their traditional way of life and culture.

Joel Zig Faria is a therapist with singing bowls, gongs and cosmic concerts with a strong career as a musician/composer/author that plays drums and percussion as well as several other instruments. This 1.5- 2 hour workshop (first of a series of workshops) will be about experiencing some exercises around this topic, exploring our own individual path with it, while opening the heart.

Facilitated by Sabina Rademacher who applies a practice of deep listening and sharing from the heart, which is distilled from the thousand-year-old practice of humans gathering around the fire and sharing their stories with one another. Council utilizes a centre, a circle, which creates a feel belonging and safety within.
