Women have gathered each other in tents for a long time, especially those who were menstruating, as connecting to other women during their cycles has been considered a powerful healing process. These red tents provided a lot of support to women. In those tents, women made use of the healing arts such as dancing, crafting, storytelling, painting, and spiritual practices. The purpose of these tents was to create a community among women who wanted to know more about themselves and gain the wisdom of elder women and others in their circle. The main purpose of this workshop is to bring light to the history of the Chkra*s from the Ancient Vedic times to modern days.
Going through the original representation of the chakra system with all the geometric forms, colors, deities, animal, bija mantras to get the full perspective of the chakras.
How can one live and feel the chakras system in the yoga practice? wich āsana*s for each chakra in order to balance your all being in connection with the higher self.
